Here’s a great video; Groover Dan Sailer performs at DCI Individual and Ensemble Contest on July 24. He scored 5th place among the best snare drummers in the world! Go Dan!
The following group gathered over Christmas break to drum and hang with the current Groove members and staff.
These young men represent the Colts, Carolina Crown, and Phantom Regiment and are all from the Groove family. From left to right we have Micah Jastram, Matt Haar, Jared Goede, Dan Rainbow, Chris Sikkema, Dan Sailer, and David Tollefson.
These guys have a combined total of 21 yrs of experience and 7 World Championship Titles.
I want to congratulate Groove Impact and Groove Pursuit for this past weekend Performances. We performed in North St. Paul High School on Saturday Afternoon, Becker, Minnesota on Saturday night, and St. Cloud Apollo High School on Sunday afternoon.
The highlight of the 3 Events was the Becker High School performance: Impact claimed 1st in their class and 5th overall. Pursuit also claimed 1st in their class and 1st OVERALL! It was a long travel weekend for students and parents alike, but all is well that ends well!
