Dear Groove Families,
Here is a link to download a printable Groovy Evening poster. You can print or email it to your family and friends, or businesses you feel would be interested in this event.
I would however like to make a comment that this event is more than just tasting wine and beer. I would like to emphasize that it is not only a time to get together with one another and welcome new families to Groove, but to mingle with business that have bought tickets and tell them who we are and what we are about.
The atmosphere at the Westward Ho is very pleasant, and the food they are serving is to die for. We will be having a carving station — with turkey and beef tenderloin and several sauces to go with this — a stir fry station, a Mexican station, and a dessert display. Not to mention to wonderful music that we can dance to.
Please know that this night is for adults and not meant to offend families who choose not to drink. There will also be sodas, coffee, and water for those who choose not to taste the wine or beer.
This has been a very fun night to plan for Groove Inc., and I hope that because of it’s title, it doesn’t scare people away from coming and meeting new people and enjoying a nice evening with other Groove families.
We are asking that families pick up at least 10 tickets to help sell them to businesses you might know that would like to support this fund raiser.
If you should have any questions, please call me at 929-5271.
I appreciate all you do, and hope to see you at the Groovy Evening.
